Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for finding new prospects, managing client accounts, developing plans, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer experience. Key day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Own deals end-to-end, from intro call to signed contract
• Run smart, targeted outbound (quality > quantity)
• Co-create GTM plays and growth experiments, because at WARREN, everyone builds

What we're looking for

• Medior/Senior AE with proven B2B SaaS closing experience
• Fluent in outbound: HubSpot/Salesforce, sequences, cold calls (without sounding like a bot)
• Tech-savvy and curious
• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, pushes through “not for us” to get to “hell yes”
• Competitive by nature, driven to crush targets and leave a mark
