The Role
Build and scale our legal tech platform.
You’ll work on: - API development, exposing AI (micro)services
- Scaling background workers handling AI workloads
- LLM / ML integration and optimization
- Performance and infrastructure improvements

Willingness to learn other programming languages, technologies as well as contribute to general SWE issues when needed is a must, we're not looking for a pure researcher.
Must have:
- Experience building LLM / AI workflows
- Self-directed work style and ownership mindset - English proficiency - Experience with one of the following programming languages: Python / Rust / Typescript / Javascript
Nice to have:
- Dutch proficiency
Tech Stack: Rust, NodeJS / ReactJS (TypeScript), Python, Postgres, Redis, QDrant
