Conveo is the AI research platform enabling fast, affordable, and high-quality consumer / B2B research. Global brands like Unilever, Google, and P&G use our AI video interviewer to generate insights across marketing and product teams.

The current/traditional research methods companies rely on are slow, expensive, and superficial. Running great research also requires expertise, which is a blocker to many companies. That directly affects how well companies understand their customers and how well they can serve them. Conveo is the platform that closes this gap by enabling affordable, scaled, and deep insights in days instead of weeks.

The Role
You are the face of Conveo to our enterprise clients. Your mission is to make them wildly successful — not by doing work for them, but by making them capable on the platform. You drive autonomy, expansion, and advocacy.
This is not a reactive support role. You're a growth driver. You own the full client lifecycle from onboarding through expansion, and you help build the Customer Growth function as we scale. The clients you work with are global brands with complex organizations — and your job is to turn them into Conveo power users and champions.
Your Mission

Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through expansion

Run world-class onboarding — use case mapping, stakeholder training, and first-project coaching

Drive adoption across the client organization — activate individual users and create internal champions

Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders at the VP/SVP level

Travel to clients regularly — in-person is how real trust gets built

Generate advocacy — testimonials, references, and introductions to peers at other companies

Partner with sales to identify and drive expansion opportunities within your accounts
What we're looking for

1–5 years of experience in consulting, SaaS customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role

Outgoing and energetic — you thrive in front of clients and build trust quickly

You think in business outcomes, not feature checklists

Intense — fire in the eyes. You care deeply about making clients successful.

Research experience is a plus, but not a requirement

Willingness to travel to clients — this is a relationship-first role
Location
London, New York, or Antwerp. Client travel expected.

About Conveo
Our story so far:
Founded in 2024 as a better way to conduct qualitative interviews, Conveo quickly gained traction after going through the Summer 24 Y Combinator batch where we saw significant interest from Consumer Goods companies. After raising our $5.3m seed round, we executed closely with our customers to build the best qualitative market research platform centered around AI-moderated interviews. Since then we’ve expanded our scope, grown our team, and Today, we're seeing incredibly strong adoption and usage across Insights, marketing, innovation, and strategy teams in industries like: Consumer goods, Retail, Pharma, technology, and consumer services.
Background
- We help companies understand their customers, giving us virtually unlimited market potential. The market research industry is valued at approximately $100B, with qualitative solutions representing a $30B opportunity. With AI enablement, this market is expanding rapidly. This is an infinite horizon problem.
- Experienced team. Our head of research was the founder of a market research company with 600+ employees, our CEO previously co-founded a $75m ARR startup as CTO. Our commercial and operational teams bring their operational excellence from McKinsey, while our sales leadership includes former VPs from Ipsos.

In just 15 months, we've landed deals with some of the world's largest companies that are quickly expanding their work with us, including Unilever, P&G, AB InBev, Nestlé, Google and many others.
