The promise of AI for insights lays in the fact that it allows insights executives to focus on value added tasks: provide strategic insights to stakeholders - from marketers into the C-suite. Currently, a lot of resources are spent on tedious non-value adding tasks. With Conveo, these can be outsourced to technology! To that end we are building the best platform in the market.

The Role
Are you passionate about uncovering the deeper ‘why’ behind consumer behaviour?
As a Researcher @Conveo, You’ll work closely with global clients across FMCG, consumer services and tech clients, guiding them through qualitative inquiry that fuel brand, innovation, and marketing teams. You’ll own research projects end-to-end, from designing studies to synthesising insights and presenting narratives that inspire action.
Conveo is not a full-service agency, but a tech platform that offers a research team playing a key role in the success of our customers.
- A key element in this role is running pilot projects that are key in gaining trust in the method and the platform and lead to the client entering a long-term partnership with Conveo. In larger teams pilots also play an important role in the continous expansion to new teams and business units.
- Secondly the key to building this partnership succesfully is to take a proactive approach onboarding and education clients in how the Conveo AI methodologies can be used optimally to achieveing their insights objectives throughout the year. As the product evolves, its crucial to keep informing key accounts how new features lead to new opportunities for the Clients to generate better insights.
- Thirdly customers develop relationships with their Conveo key researcher that deeply understands their strategic priorities and acts as a trusted advisor to plan research and how it fits into a larger framework for the customer.

Your Mission
Insight Generation & Storytelling
- Design and execute qualitative research using the Conveo AI-led interview platform.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of qualitative projects, planning, recruitment, moderation, analysis, and delivery.
- Translate complex client briefs into thoughtful qualitative approaches that go beyond what is asked to uncover what truly matters.
- Synthesise rich qualitative data into compelling stories grounded in human truth.
- Develop strategic insight reports that inspire senior stakeholders and drive decision-making.
- Identify emerging themes, behaviours, tensions, and opportunities that help clients shape brand, innovation, and communication strategy.
- Manage internal and external resources, ensuring exceptional quality and on-time delivery.
Client Engagement & Growth
- Lead client briefing sessions, shaping high-impact proposals and research frameworks.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through findings, implications, and strategic recommendations.
- Build long-term relationships that uncover ongoing growth opportunities.
- Work closely with account management and customer success to turn the client’s ambitions on research into Conveo revenue growth.
Research Knowledge Expert for Product & Marketing
- Use your existing experience, client interactions and daily use of our platform to bring our product to the next level and help shape the future of the industry.
- Find opportunities to share research with the world and execute on them by collaborating with marketing and clients across various channels (conferences, blogs, PR, social etc.)
What You Bring to the Table
- 6 to 20+ years of experience in market research and insights (client or agency-side).
- Strong and rigorous research and insights skills (qualitative expertise a plus).
- Curiosity about AI and eagerness to apply it in the insights space.
- Commercial acumen to spot and act on growth opportunities.
- Outstanding communication skills; clear, credible, and inspiring.
- A creative yet analytical problem-solver.
- A self-starter with a hands-on, let’s-make-it-happen mentality.
- The grit, drive, and passion to go beyond the ordinary.
- A desire to travel to Clients and marketing events to present results in person
